Urethane Acrylate [ART RESIN Series]
It is a polymer and oligomer having a urethane bond and an acrylic group obtained by reacting an isocyanate group with a hydroxyl group.
Key Features:
Depending on the combination of polyol and isocyanate, it is possible to design resins with various physical properties, ranging from high hardness to low hardness and excellent flexibility.
Due to the characteristics of the urethane bond, a resin with both toughness and wear resistance can be obtained.
Having an acrylic group at the end of the molecular chain, curing by electron beam (EB), ultraviolet (UV), visible light, etc., is possible. Compared to thermosetting or 2-component curing systems, it can implement an eco-friendly curing system with less energy consumption.

Self-Healing Resin
By perfectly controlling the balance between the ratio of Hard segment and Soft segment and the distance between crosslinks, stress (scratches) generated on the surface is quickly restored to its original state.
It is a resin system that is excellent in chemical resistance due to highly functional crosslinking.
