Our Products
1. Application Overview in the Automotive Field
Based on eco-friendly, VOC-free, moisture-curable technology and high adhesion strength, this product line is widely applied across overall automotive electronic components, with a proven track record.
2. Recyclable [Elastic Hot Melt] (AICA MELT)
Going beyond simple hot melt replacement, this is an exchangeable hot melt that allows the housing and lens to be separated and the resin removed for rework (recycling) in case of product defects. It features excellent flexibility and hydrolysis resistance in both low and high-temperature environments.
💡 Key Features & Advantages
Working Conditions: A convenient room-temperature curing type that is applied to the housing at around 210°C and bonded with the lens after 10 to 20 seconds.
Non-adhesive Detachability: Enables perfect Repair and Recycle capabilities, reducing in-process defects to drastically cut running costs and variable expenses.
Process Simplification: Automated machine application allows free-form dispensing even on complex shapes. It eliminates the need for manual packing installation, mold manufacturing, and curing time.
🛠️ Main Lineup & Primary Applications
[Headlamp Application] HX-831 / HX-830: Waterproof sealing material for lamp lenses. Easy to disassemble, allowing for disassembly, repair, and reassembly in the event of product defects or maintenance.
[Wiper Motor Application] HX-900: Waterproof sealing material for motor components. Provides high flexibility (elongation and contraction) and excellent heat resistance.
[EV / PHEV Battery Case Application]: Applied as a waterproof sealing material for electric vehicle battery cases.
[Reel-type Hot Melt Support]: We also offer a separate reel-type hot melt product that repair shops can easily use during vehicle headlamp repair and replacement.

3. [PUR Hot Melt] with Excellent Hydrolysis Resistance (AICA AIBON)
A 100% solid, solvent-free type hot melt that boasts exceptional initial strength and powerful adhesion. It is a urethane-based product featuring outstanding resistance to heat, chemicals, and solvents.
💡 Key Features & Advantages
Low-Temperature Application: Can be applied at low temperatures of 80 to 140°C, making it safe to use on plastics or composite substrates with low heat resistance without causing thermal deformation.
Excellent Workability: Possesses high tack for superior initial bonding, and a long open time that provides a wide operating margin during the assembly process.
Versatile Application Methods: Designed with low viscosity, it seamlessly adapts to precise micro-dispensing as well as spray application for covering large surface areas.
🛠️ Main Lineup & Applications
[Head-Up Display Application] W-4005B6 / W-4008B (W-4005 / W-4008): High stress relaxation capability against environmental changes and temperature fluctuations, combined with excellent continuous discharge stability and thermal stability. Applied to HUD glass window sealing and assembly.
[CID Application] W-4009B: Offers superior adhesion to dissimilar substrates such as glass, metal, die-cast, and PC, with excellent micro-dispensing properties. It provides high vibration and thermal cycle resistance and supports a rework function for disassembly during defect analysis.
